Therefore, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data.
In this context, this Information Text within the Scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Information Text”), which we have prepared in order to ensure the fulfillment of our information obligation imposed by Article 10 of the KVKK, aims to provide detailed explanations and information regarding the services offered through the www.yildizko.com and wwww.yildizko.net websites of Yıldız Game, and the processing of personal data as a result of playing the Knight pvp video game and other published games.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
This cancellation and refund policy determines the conditions regarding the purchase of TL AND CASH game points obtained from www.yildizko.net and the use of TL AND CASH.
If the player does not enter the game for 1 year due to special reasons, the TL in his account will be refunded.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policies
Cash game points are loaded into the player's account when purchased with a credit card, given as a reward by us, or instantly executed through electronic serial number code conversion.
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation published in the Official Gazette No. 29188 dated November 27, 2014, digital content, services performed instantly in an electronic environment, or contracts involving intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, once the CASH purchase is completed and/or CASH is credited to your account, cancellation or refund requests, including service changes, are not accepted.
CASH game points cannot be transferred to another account, converted to cash, or exchanged for any other product or service. The same rules apply to any items loaded with CASH through the PUS (Power Up Store), and used CASH cannot be converted back into points and/or other products or services.
